Toward Achieving SDGs through Business Activities

The United Nations Sustainable Development Summit was held at UN Headquarters in New York from September 25th to 27th, 2015, where the “Transforming our world: the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development” was adopted. This Agenda sets out a declaration and goals as a plan of action for people, planet and prosperity. These goals are the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), which consist of 17 goals and 169 targets, and they succeed the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs).
