Sumitomo Rubber Industries to Have a SENSING CORE Booth at “CES 2024,” one of the world’s largest high-technology trade shows

The booth will introduce advanced initiatives that use SENSING CORE, our proprietary sensor-less sensing technology, to meet the new needs for and expectations of the mobility society.
To manifest high levels of safety and environmental performance in response to the rise of CASE and MaaS, we push ahead with development of tires and peripheral services under our SMART TYRE CONCEPT. Our SENSING CORE technology, the centerpiece of our peripheral services, will make a significant contribution to the evolution and further development of mobility in the coming autonomous driving society. We will not only utilize the data obtained by SENSING CORE, including road condition data, for vehicle control, but also pursue technological development with our eyes on the future integration of the data with information of society via cloud services.
