DUNLOP “SP SPORT MAXX 060” Selected as Factory Standard Tires for the All-new Toyota Alphard and Vellfire

Sumitomo Rubber Industries, Ltd. is pleased to announce that we have begun supplying our high-performance DUNLOP “SP SPORT MAXX 060” tires to Toyota Motor Corporation for use as factory standard tires on their all-new Alphard and Vellfire, which were launched this June.
The fourth-generation Alphard and Vellfire were developed around the idea of elevating performance to a world standard, in pursuit of the joy of comfortable mobility and the pleasure of driving. The Alphard and Vellfire offer a level of comfort that rivals that of luxury sedans, embodying the essence of high-quality “omotenashi” hospitality.
Our DUNLOP SP SPORT MAXX 060 tires on the new vehicles have optimized tread pattern and contact pressure between the tire and the road surface as a result of the latest simulation predictions. This delivers outstanding noise reduction and ensures a comfortable riding experience. The increased rigidity of the internal materials enhances maneuverability and stability.
