DUNLOP Signs Sponsorship Agreement with Qiang Wang, China's No. 1 Women's Tennis Star

Sumitomo Rubber Industries, Ltd. (makers of DUNLOP sporting goods) is pleased to announce that we have signed sponsorship agreements with Qiang Wang (China), who is currently ranked 18th in the WTA World Rankings, and Filip Cristian Jianu (Romania), who is currently ranked 8th in the ITF Junior World Rankings.
Qiang Wang is an athlete who has really come into her own in recent years, rapidly rising through the ranks to become China's No. 1 women's tennis star after winning two WTA Tour singles tournaments (including her first ever title) and became the runner-up for the WTA Elite Trophy in 2018. Having advanced to the third round of this year's Australian Open, she has now risen to 18th in the WTA World Rankings, achieving a personal best.
Filip Cristian Jianu is also a rising star with a bright future, having won his first ITF Juniors Grade 1 tournament in 2018. That same year, he also achieved a personal best by rising to 8th in the ITF Junior World Rankings, and we are sure that his star will only continue to rise.
