| 1. Four-Wheel Motorsports Activities |
| <DUNLOP> |
| In Japan, the highlight of our activities will be the SUPER GT, one of Japan's most popular four-wheel racing tournaments. In this series, we will be supplying tires for four racecars driven by four outstanding teams, including Team NAKAJIMA RACING, who won the sixth race of last year's tournament in the GT500 Class, as well as three teams competing in the GT300 Class. In addition, we will also be supplying tires to various racing teams competing for the title in their respective classes in a wide range of race categories, including the All-Japan Rally Championship, the All-Japan Gymkhana Championship, the All-Japan Dirt Trial Championship, All-Japan Karting Championship and more.
Meanwhile, we will also be supporting the cultivation of young drivers by supplying "one-make" tires for such beginner-oriented tournaments as FIA Formula 4 and Formula 4. At the same time, we will also sponsor and supply tires for open-participation races such as the TOYOTA GAZOO Racing 86/BRZ Race and the TOYOTA GAZOO Racing Rally Challenge with the aim of supporting race fans who want to enjoy the thrill of driving fast, thus contributing to motorsports by expanding the talent pool of future world-class racers.
Overseas, we will be supplying "one-make" tires for races such as Formula 4 racing in Chile. |
| |
| <FALKEN> |
| FALKEN will once again be competing in the legendary ADAC Zurich 24-Hour Race, which is widely considered to be the world's toughest endurance race, at the Nrburgring in Germany this May. Continuing from last year, Team FALKEN Motorsports will be competing with two top-notch racecars, the Porsche 911 GT3R and the BMW M6 GT3 that placed eighth overall in last year's race. In addition, we will also be supplying tires to Team Subaru Tecnica International as they compete in the SP3T Class. Through these activities, we aim to further enhance the value of the FALKEN brand, which is already well regarded in Europe and North America, while contributing to the development of motorsports in general. |
| |
| 2. Two-Wheel Motorsports Activities |
| <DUNLOP> |
| We will be supplying "one-make" tires for the Moto2 and Moto3 Classes in the FIM Grand Prix World Championship, which is one of the world's premier two-wheel racing tournaments. Bolstered by last year's victory, we are now aiming to win our fourth consecutive FIM Endurance World Championship. Meanwhile, in our motocross racing activities, DUNLOP is also aiming for our ninth consecutive year of dominating all classes in the AMA Supercross Championship in America, as well as the title of World Champion in the MXGP.
In Japan, we will be supporting top teams and individual riders as they aim for the titles in a wide range of tournaments, including the All-Japan Road Race Championship, the All-Japan Motocross Championship, the All-Japan Trials Championship and the Japan Enduro Championship. At the same time, we will also be supplying tires for six teams competing in the Suzuka 8 Hours Road Race, which is the largest motorbike race in Japan and the final race in the FIM Endurance World Championship.
Furthermore, we will once again be supplying "one-make" tires for 250cc motorbikes competing in increasingly popular road races held for up-and-coming racers throughout the world. Through these activities, we hope to contribute to the development of motorsports while cultivating the next generation of world-class racers. |
